To help ensure maximum customer benefits, VPBank recommends that you update your identification information and biometric data in one of the two ways below:
- Access VPBank NEO and conveniently update biometric data according to the instructions below (*).
- Update personal information and biometric data at all VPBank branches/transaction offices nationwide. To successfully update biometrics, customers only need to prepare:
- Identity documents: + 12-digit CCCD with chip still valid + ID card issued from July 1, 2024 according to the new standards of the Ministry of Public Security
- NFC-enabled mobile devices

Please note:
-Currently, VPBank only updates biometrics on the VPBank NEO application and provides guidance at branches/transaction offices nationwide. You can look up the list of VPBank branches/transaction offices here .
- VPBank staff when supporting customers to update data never send login request links, provide user names, passwords, CCCD numbers, OTP codes, or any other personal information. VPBank recommends that customers be vigilant against forms of fraud and scams.
- Customers are advised not to purchase/use external NFC devices at home to avoid information security risks for personal devices.
