From February 17, 2025, VPBank Branch 89 Lang Ha (Dong Da, Hanoi) will temporarily move the Customer reception area from the left wing of the building to the right wing, as detailed in the diagram below.

This temporary relocation is part of VPBank's plan to build a "Flagship*" branch in Hanoi.

During the construction period, when customers come to VPBank 89 Lang Ha, the security support team will provide specific instructions so that they do not encounter any difficulties when making transactions.

It is expected that the relocation will only take place in a short time and the new transaction area will be opened to welcome all customers to trade in the second quarter of this year.

Although VPBank is committed to minimizing any inconvenience that may occur during the construction process, it is difficult to avoid some unexpected situations that you may encounter. We sincerely apologize to you if these problems occur and look forward to receiving your understanding.

We will continuously update you on the construction of the Super Branch in the following newsletters.

The Super Branch in Hanoi promises to become the most luxurious and modern banking transaction point in the capital. We look forward to serving you soon at the new space of the Super Branch!

*: The Super Branch - Flagship model has been successfully deployed by VPBank in Ho Chi Minh City, built at the bank's headquarters in the Riverfront Financial Center building right in the heart of District 1. The Flagship Branch in Ho Chi Minh City has become the pride of VPBank's staff as well as customers since its opening in August 2024, on the occasion of the bank's 31st anniversary.
