Along with that, encourage and attract the participation of authors, publishers, and distributors, with works of high value in ideology, science, education, and culture, meeting the diverse needs of readers and people; the Award structure needs to continue to expand categories such as: E-books; audiobooks; handbooks... Strengthen communication and promotion of award-winning works, through organizing events, seminars, and book exhibitions to enhance the prestige of the award, especially focusing on communication on online platforms, social networks, official websites and television channels so that the award can reach more people and spread widely in society. According to the Head of the Central Propaganda Department, publishing is a component of culture, a leading force in building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity. Each editor and publisher needs to constantly self-study and research to improve their political capacity and professional qualifications, overcome temptations and challenges, put the interests of the Party, the Fatherland and the people on every page of a book and every publication; contribute their efforts and intelligence to the cause of building and developing the national value system, cultural value system, family value system and standards of Vietnamese people in the new era. In the face of the rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation, the change in information access behavior of the reading public, publishers, distributors and publishers need to actively and proactively integrate internationally, strengthen cooperative relationships with international organizations and awards. Bringing award-winning works to international book festivals and international literary awards contributes to enhancing the status of the National Book Award, and at the same time, is a motivation for Vietnamese authors to improve the quality of their own book products. We can only firmly enter the new era - the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise, with a rich and solid knowledge foundation, based on the intelligence, courage and stature of the Vietnamese people. No one else but the publishing sector must contribute significantly to strongly arousing the spirit of patriotism, self-reliance, self-confidence, self-reliance, national pride, and the aspiration to develop a strong and prosperous country. Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia believes that in the coming time, the publishing sector will continue to have new developments and breakthroughs.
