8. Housing costs in Canada
There are three accommodation options available to international students in Canada:

Shared house | 300 - 700 CAD/month (5.3 - 12.5 million VND) |
Homestay | 400 -800 CAD/month (7 - 14.3 million VND) |
During your first year, you can choose to live in on-campus housing. With a dormitory, you will live with one other person, sharing a kitchen and facilities with other students in the building.
The second option is to share a room in an apartment for rent outside. This option seems more comfortable as you have your own bedroom, but you still have to share other spaces in the apartment with your roommate. In addition, you have to take care of living expenses such as electricity, water, Internet, etc. The cost of renting a room will vary, depending on the area where you study abroad.
Finally, you can choose to live with a Canadian family in the form of a homestay. Initially, you have to pay a small fee for the house finding service. Choosing this type of rental, you will live with the host family, learning more about the local culture.
