In the context of Vietnam aiming to train 50,000 semiconductor engineers by 2030 according to the Government's orientation, building a synchronous training ecosystem connecting schools, businesses and international organizations is an urgent requirement.
The workshop will be attended by leaders, experts and business representatives from many fields. Among them, representatives from Asia University (Taiwan, China) will share their experiences in building an education, research and semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem in Taiwan.

According to the Organizing Committee, the workshop is an opportunity for experts, lecturers, businesses, parents and students interested in the semiconductor industry to update the latest trends in human resource development in the semiconductor industry on a global scale, thereby more clearly identifying opportunities for human resource development in Vietnam.

The workshop contributes to building an education-business cooperation ecosystem

Along with learning about training models, research, and practical applications at leading universities and semiconductor enterprises in Taiwan, it helps Vietnam learn and adapt faster to international standards.
The workshop also contributes to building an education-business cooperation ecosystem, an opportunity for universities, experts, technology enterprises and management organizations to discuss, connect and shape a sustainable development model for semiconductor human resources in Vietnam.

In addition, an important highlight of the workshop is the cooperation model: school - business, to ensure that students not only learn basic knowledge but also gain practical experience through internships, projects and early career orientation.
