At the recent workshop on the Party's theoretical work and important research directions until 2030, with a vision to 2045, Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Van Hoa, National Economics University, said that to achieve the goal of having a high-middle income by 2030 and becoming a high-income country by 2045, it is necessary to divide the implementation into two phases.

The first phase from 2025-2035 must have a breakthrough development with a growth rate of over 10%; by the 2035-2045 phase, development may slow down, but the average growth rate must reach about 6.5%. At the same time, it is believed that it is necessary to develop based on science, technology and innovation, competing with innovation capacity to create breakthroughs. However, to achieve this, there must be a very high determination in the entire political system and the entire population.

There must be breakthroughs in science and technology, we must pay attention to high technology and high quality services - we will not carry out industrialization in the traditional way because it will be very difficult to create breakthroughs and develop the national innovation system, build digital infrastructure, digital economy and promote the development of digital society, develop the private economy and build a creative startup society. build a force of domestic enterprises - supported by the whole people and given priority to use the products of these enterprises, from there to nurture this force to develop - build the aspiration to rise up.

The Party's theoretical work needs to originate from practice, opening the way for creativity and breakthroughs of businesses.
