The city has assigned officials in charge of communes to coordinate strictly implementing the steps in the process of drafting compensation plans for land acquisition, directly notifying each household subject to land acquisition. As one of the households with a part of the land area to be recovered, Mr. Cam Van Quang (Quan Vuong area, Binh Khe, Dong Trieu city) said: People understand the purpose and significance of the projects being implemented, so they are very supportive, especially in land acquisition. Currently, more than 50% of graves have been relocated; people are preparing to move to a new place of residence.

In particular, for key public investment projects being implemented by the province, site clearance must be accelerated, such as: Additional site clearance for the riverside road project with a reclaimed area of ​​7.13 hectares involving 319 households; The investment project to build provincial road 327 from the provincial gate intersection to Dong Trieu main road has an area of ​​31.5 hectares, involving 538 households, and to upgrade provincial road 345 with an area of ​​28.9 hectares, affecting 173 households. Dong Trieu city has completed the counting, plot extraction, land origin verification, unit price construction and sent to households a draft compensation plan to continue implementing the procedural steps in site clearance work.
