Dong Nai proposes to the central government many contents related to land

At the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Dang Minh Duc, representing the Provincial People's Committee, briefly reported on the results of implementing tasks related to land.

Including the results of land allocation and zoning in provincial planning and district-level land use planning; proposals to adjust land use needs until 2030, with a vision to 2050; and implementation of land laws. To take advantage of the national key projects that are about to be completed as well as to achieve the economic growth target of 10% in 2025 and the following years, Dong Nai proposed that the Politburo, the National Assembly, and the Government allow a pilot establishment of a Free Trade Zone model near Long Thanh airport and Phuoc An port to take advantage of infrastructure, trade, and logistics. At the same time, the province is allowed to establish a High-Tech Park and a concentrated information technology park.

Dong Nai proposed that the National Assembly increase the allocation rate of state budget resources for the province to implement key national projects and inter-regional projects; approve the province to apply contents such as Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City and Khanh Hoa Province to remove obstacles for real estate projects.

Speaking to the working delegation, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang said that previously, Dong Nai had more than 180 projects facing difficulties and obstacles related to land and investment. After many efforts of the province and support from the central government, the province currently has more than 120 projects that are continuing to be classified into existing groups and obstacles to find appropriate solutions. In the future, when the district level is abolished, the province will continue to adjust the operations of 3 agencies: Land Fund Development Center, Land Registration Office, District Project Management Board so as not to affect the implementation of land tasks, public investment disbursement, and double-digit growth.

Deputy Head of the Economic and Financial Committee Doan Thi Thanh Mai, Head of the working delegation, said that Dong Nai is one of 11 typical localities that the working delegation selected to work on the results of implementing land use planning and plans; the situation of issuing documents to implement the 2024 Land Law.

The results of the working session and the report of the Provincial People's Committee will be sent to the National Assembly deputies and the National Assembly Standing Committee to serve the process of reviewing and adjusting the National Land Use Planning for the period 2026 - 2030.

The head of the working group requested the province and Bien Hoa city to complete the report and send it to the working group before April 2. Based on the allocated land indicators, synthesize the implementation results for both the province and district levels to propose adjustments to suit the socio-economic development needs of the locality. Prepare to establish and appraise land use indicators and land use planning in the coming time when implementing administrative unit arrangement.

Regarding the 2024 Land Law, in April, the province will issue all documents within its authority, and at the same time review and propose adjustments to this law and a number of other laws when the National Assembly amends the laws due to the arrangement of administrative units at all levels.

Previously, the delegation worked with Dong Nai Housing Business Joint Stock Company and visited the Residential Area Project with commercial services, high-end housing and resettlement in Buu Long Ward, Bien Hoa City; worked with Bien Hoa City People's Committee on land use planning, subdivision planning and establishment and implementation of land use plans.
