Dialogue between leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and businesses

On the morning of March 25, the Provincial People's Committee organized a Conference on Investment Promotion and Business Support with the theme "Dialogue between Provincial People's Committee leaders and businesses".

Comrades: Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Phung Thi Kim Nga, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference. Also attending were leaders of departments, branches, localities and representatives of more than 100 enterprises in the province.

With the motto "All investors coming to Vinh Phuc are citizens of Vinh Phuc, the success of enterprises is the success of the province", during nearly 28 years of re-establishment, the province has issued many mechanisms and policies; well implemented the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to support the production and business activities of enterprises, contributing to promoting socio-economic development.

To unlock resources, create new momentum for production and business activities, and promote economic growth, at the dialogue, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phung Thi Kim Nga directly responded and directed leaders of departments, branches, and localities to respond and clarify proposals and recommendations of enterprises on compensation and site clearance for project expansion; the supply of electricity and clean water, adjusting and extending investment certificates; and solutions to address labor shortages in enterprises.

Mr. Le Xuan Luong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Anh Production and Trading Company Limited (Vinh Tuong) presented difficulties in production and business activities.

Representative of Amane Investment Joint Stock Company - investor of Thai Hoa - Lien Son - Lien Hoa Industrial Park (Lap Thach) raised difficulties in resettlement work in project implementation.

Appreciating the recommendations and proposals of enterprises, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong said that in recent years, the province has paid great attention to improving the investment environment to attract investment, develop industry, and support production and business activities of enterprises. In particular, the socio-economic development of the province today has had a great contribution from the business community.

To strive for double-digit economic growth in 2025, Vinh Phuc is focusing on removing difficulties and obstacles, creating favorable conditions for production and business activities of enterprises to develop.

At the beginning of the year, the province started a number of major projects related to electricity, transportation, and social housing development. At the same time, it accelerated the implementation of planning work according to the Vinh Phuc Province Master Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; allocated maximum resources to build resettlement areas, reserved land for the development of industrial parks; created all favorable conditions and encouraged investors to build social housing.

Leaders of Vinh Phuc Electricity Company answered investors' questions about electricity supply activities in the province.

Strengthen compensation and site clearance, focus on land auctions, and create resources for investment and development. Continue to improve the investment and business environment, promote digital transformation, allocate resources to invest in building transport infrastructure, and create inter-regional connectivity.

Strengthening connections in training, providing high-quality labor resources for businesses. Organizing investment promotion seminars, delegations to promote investment, promoting Vinh Phuc's investment environment abroad.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong assigned the Provincial Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, and the Provincial Business Association to organize monthly or ad hoc working sessions and dialogues with businesses and investors to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses.

Departments, branches and sectors, based on their functions and tasks, carefully study the recommendations and proposals of enterprises and investors, and propose solutions to remove difficulties from the viewpoint of both complying with regulations and supporting investors promptly and effectively.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong and delegates witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between the Provincial Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center and Phu Hung Investment Joint Stock Company.

The Provincial Business Association monthly compiles information on the activities of enterprises in the province, sends it to the Investment Promotion and Business Support Center to report to the Provincial People's Committee. Vinh Phuc commits to always accompany, support and remove difficulties and obstacles for enterprises.
