Each season has its own food, coming to "Peaceful Early Market", customers can freely choose seasonal vegetables, tubers, fruits; cakes, seeds, poultry eggs, essential oils, soaps... Agricultural products and goods made from agricultural products must be safe for consumers' health and environmentally friendly. This is also the main criterion for sellers and buyers to meet at this market.

The market "says no" to the use of plastic packaging and nylon bags. Instead, manufacturers often package products for customers in paper bags and banana leaves to limit waste that is harmful to the environment.

Talking about the process of producing herbal chicken eggs, Mr. Nguyen shared: “We use grains and herbs to raise chickens. In particular, thousands of chickens at the farm do not use antibiotics, so the finished chicken eggs are guaranteed to be nutritious, clean, and safe for consumers. Compared to regular chicken eggs, the Omega 3 content in herbal chicken eggs is 10-15 times higher than that of regular eggs.

The price of organic eggs is not higher than other types of eggs in supermarkets or industrial eggs because of the reduced input costs. Through this market, we hope to spread quality products to consumers, while committing to green, clean production and being responsible to the environment and society."

This is a suitable playground for small to micro enterprises, businesses that are just starting out, and do not have much capital to carry out marketing to minimize intermediary costs. After each market session, members will sit together, discuss and draw lessons in production and business."
