Accordingly, Dien Ban plans to reclaim more than 393 hectares of agricultural land; more than 387 hectares of non-agricultural land; more than 48 hectares of unused land.
The localities with the largest land areas in Dien Ban's recovery plan are: Dien Ngoc ward (over 223 hectares), Dien Duong ward (over 114 hectares), Dien Nam Trung ward (over 66 hectares), Dien Nam Dong ward (over 66 hectares)...
Also according to the 2025 land use plan of Dien Ban town, the locality will convert the purpose of more than 363 hectares of agricultural land to non-agricultural land and put nearly 70 hectares of unused land into use this year.
