The admission score for the 10th grade specialized program at the Foreign Language Specialized High School (University of Foreign Languages ​​- Vietnam National University, Hanoi) is 22.34 - 25.42. Meanwhile, the standard score for the specialized program with scholarships is between 26.23 - 31.85.

In the specialized program, the English class has the highest admission score - 25.42 points. Next is German with a score of 25.08 in the D5 exam block. This year, the Korean class in the D7 exam block has the lowest admission score (22.34 points). Overall, this year's admission score is slightly lower than last year's 25 - 26 points.

For those with scholarships, the Chinese language class has the highest admission score - 31.85 points, applied to candidates taking the D4 exam. German, Korean, French, and Japanese classes also have admission scores above 30. For non-specialized programs, the English class has an admission score of 23.42.

Admission principles: Foreign Language Specialized High School only considers candidates who take the entrance exam, have taken all required exams and all exams have a score greater than 2.0.

In the 2023-2024 school year, the school will enroll 500 students in grade 10 (100 students in non-specialized classes). The school received a total of 3,842 applications. With 15 enrollment targets, the Russian language class received 319 applications, the competition ratio skyrocketed to 1/21.3 (last year, this class had a ratio of 1/7.8).

Next is the French specialized class with a ratio of 1:12.8, the Korean specialized class has a ratio of 1:10.2. The English specialized class received the largest number of applications with 2,088, while the school only recruited 215 students, a ratio of 1:9.7.
