On the Fanpage Cot Dien Quan - Thai Binh, the representative of this establishment also took responsibility for the unfortunate incident and apologized to the 3 guests who had a bad experience with the restaurant as well as all other customers.
According to the representative of this facility, the pate was damaged because the facility did not manage it closely and said that the pate used was the molded type that was frozen, and only taken out of the freezer when used, cut and fried.
The type of pate used by the restaurant is also imported from the Banh Mi Chao (BMC) system, produced according to strict procedures and inspected. However, the mistake was due to poor management of staff and restaurant management, leading to the above incident.
According to the representative of the establishment, the store is reviewing and cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen area as well as ensuring food hygiene and safety. At the same time, this establishment announced that it will temporarily suspend operations until May 12 for a general cleaning of the store.
