Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Do Ngoc My, Principal of Quy Nhon University, said that the university's scientific and technological activities are increasingly going into depth, associated with the orientation of application and serving the community.
"Quy Nhon University is one of the few universities that organizes a science and technology day. This is to summarize and evaluate the school's overall science and technology activities," Associate Professor, Dr. Do Ngoc My emphasized.

At the ceremony, Quy Nhon University signed a memorandum of understanding with International Intellectual Property Transfer Consulting Joint Stock Company (SIPC Group) on establishing a cooperative relationship in the fields of human resource training, scientific research and technology transfer.
On this occasion, Quy Nhon University also organized an award ceremony for a scientific research competition organized by the school. Accordingly, the first prize was awarded to the topic "Similarities and differences of gender in customer complaints in tourism and hotels" by a group of students Bui Thi Ngoc Tram, Nguyen To Lien and lecturer Truong Van Dinh (Faculty of Foreign Languages, Quy Nhon University).

Close to reality
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Tien Trung, Head of the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation (Quy Nhon University), said that the school is implementing a science and technology project sponsored by the Vingroup Innovation Fund (VINIF): "Production of single-chain gonadotropins for fertility treatment" and 3 national-level projects under the Ministry of Science and Technology... In which, the project of Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Mong Diep (Quy Nhon University) has successfully synthesized single-chain recombinant gonadotropins with biological activity as follicle-stimulating hormone, used to treat infertility in humans.
In the 2023-2024 school year, Quy Nhon University has 95 student projects implemented, of which 92 were accepted on time. The school has selected 31 projects to win the school-level student scientific research award (including 5 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 11 third prizes and 9 consolation prizes).

This will contribute significantly to improving the quality, creating prestige and brand for Quy Nhon University", said Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Tien Trung.
