The Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has developed a plan to launch emulation movements to achieve achievements to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2024-2029 term. Thereby, more than 186 projects and works have been registered to be implemented to welcome the Congress with a total cost of over 90 billion VND. To date, 123 projects and works have been handed over and put into use.

The number of members participating in the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is 86. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee according to the project is expected to have 7 members. The Congress is expected to take place in 2 options: From August 15 - 16, 2024 or August 22 - 23, 2024, broadcast live on Radio and Television and the Provincial Radio and Television Station Fanpage.

Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, informed that the Standing Committee focused on directing the preparation work for the congress of the Front right from the time the Central Committee issued instructions. Speaking at the meeting, Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh highly appreciated the preparations for the Quang Ngai Provincial Congress. “All stages have been fully prepared, and to achieve this result, first of all, it is thanks to the close direction of the province in many areas, especially personnel work,” Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh emphasized.

Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh noted that it is necessary to strengthen propaganda work, creating a lively and exciting atmosphere. In the first session, the focus is on discussion rather than presentation; in the second session, presentation should be selected from typical and representative units.

In the coming time, Vice Chairwoman Truong Thi Ngoc Anh suggested that the document should highlight the province's general socio-economic goals such as units completing new rural construction, building secure residential areas, etc., thereby proposing breakthrough programs.

Regarding the personnel plan, Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh said that we should unify, ensure the alliance, ensure the tasks and functions of the Front, and continue to pay attention to vacant positions. "The congress must be truly profound, make the people interested, through the congress they will understand more about the Front", Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc Anh emphasized.

Regarding the preparation work for the provincial congress, Mr. Ngo Phuong Vu, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kien Giang province, said that up to now, the basic organizational work has been completed, in which the province has completed the key contents such as: Building and giving comments on the congress documents; propaganda and agitation work; movements and emulation works to welcome the congress.

The Congress of Delegates of the Front of Kien Giang province is scheduled to take place over 2 days, the afternoon of August 15 and the morning of August 16, 2024. There are 385 delegates attending the congress, including 268 official delegates and 117 invited delegates.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the 10th term proposed that the new structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has 91 members. The Standing Committee has 9 members, including: Chairman, 2 Vice Chairmen; Standing members are the Chief of Office, Deputy Chief of Office and Head, Deputy Head of the Movement Committee, and the Provincial Democracy and Law Committee, 6 members.

Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh highly appreciated the proactive preparation work of Kien Giang province's congress, and hoped that the province would soon complete the final stages so that the congress could take place successfully.
