Immediately after completing the Party Congress for the 2025-2027 term, the Party cells under the Quang Ninh Military Region quickly started implementing the set goals and tasks with a determined spirit, without delay. The exciting competitive atmosphere is spreading from the training ground to every office, from the training unit to the working groups, creating a new spirit and determination in the entire force.

As a spearhead combat unit, playing a particularly important role in the defense posture of the provincial armed forces, immediately after the congress for the 2025-2027 term, the Mechanized Reconnaissance Company Party Cell quickly concretized the contents proposed in the resolution into a practical and feasible action program, suitable to the characteristics of the task and the actual conditions of the unit.

Major Vi Van Nguyen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Captain of the Mechanized Reconnaissance Company, emphasized: Right from the beginning of the new term, the Party Cell has clearly identified two important breakthroughs, which are to strengthen training according to real combat situations, improve the ability to operate independently, secretly, and unexpectedly in all terrains; promote the core and pioneering role of Party members in model reconnaissance teams, act as the core to spread the spirit of discipline, creativity, and readiness to receive and complete difficult tasks. The Party Cell has built an action program to clearly assign people and tasks, and attach the responsibilities of Party members to each specific work content. In particular, it focuses on innovating training, focusing on practicing A2 combat plans, protecting agencies and units in emergency situations; anti-terrorism plans; fire prevention and rescue plans and handling unexpected situations...

The effective organization of training sessions affirms that the quality of training is increasingly going into depth, creating a clear change in the awareness and action of each cadre and party member of the Mechanized Reconnaissance Company after the congress.

The Information Company plays a particularly important role in the provincial military system, being the unit responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, and confidential communications to serve the command and direction of the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command in all situations. The specific mission of the unit not only requires accuracy and timeliness in transmitting and receiving orders, but also requires the ability to quickly adapt to new technical equipment and technology, especially in the context of digital transformation and modern warfare being promoted.

Immediately after completing the congress for the 2025-2027 term, the Information Company Party Cell demonstrated its high determination through concrete actions. The newly-reformed Party Cell Committee quickly organized a conference to study and disseminate the resolution to each cadre and Party member with the motto "Resolutions come first, actions follow - Synchronous, unified and effective from the beginning of the term".

Captain Nguyen Van Xuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Captain of the Information Company, shared: The unit has urgently developed a specific action plan, focusing on three key tasks: training, combat readiness, ensuring regular and ad hoc communications; building a safe and highly secure internal network system; improving the level of exploitation and mastery of modern technical equipment for officers and soldiers. After only 1 month of implementing the resolution, the unit has organized training for officers and soldiers to grasp the features, techniques and tactics, and proficiently use new information equipment. At the same time, the company also organized specialized training for mobile forces to ensure information for high-ranking delegations visiting and working in Quang Ninh.

With new spirit and high determination, the units are gradually turning the congress resolution into reality not only by words, but also by concrete, effective actions that spread widely throughout the entire force. The Party cells under the Provincial Military Party Committee have clearly identified three strategic orientations in the new term, which are to focus on building strong Party cells in terms of politics, ideology, and organization; to make breakthroughs in improving the quality of training and combat readiness; to apply technology and to strengthen mass mobilization work and the military rear.

The initiative and creativity of each Party cell and each Party member is the foundation for the provincial Armed Forces to successfully carry out their tasks in the new term, affirming the spirit of innovation and creativity, turning the congress resolution into concrete, practical and in-depth actions.
