The 9th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

On April 16, the Provincial Party Committee Office held its 9th Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were comrades: Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies; Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office has promoted the tradition of "Absolute loyalty, solidarity, creativity, dedication, thoughtfulness, and adherence to principles" to lead and direct the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 8th Party Congress, completing all set targets and tasks.

Notably, the Provincial Party Committee Office has chaired, coordinated, advised, and edited 32 resolutions, 41 directives, 34 regulations, 29 provisions, 45 programs, over 490 plans, 640 reports and 1,550 announcements and conclusions so that the Provincial Party Committee can promptly direct the comprehensive implementation of all aspects of work, contributing to the whole province's successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies, spoke at the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies, commended and acknowledged the achievements of the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee in the past term. He suggested that after the Congress, the Provincial Party Committee Office Party Committee Executive Committee urgently develop an action program to implement the Congress Resolution and resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels. Solutions to implement the resolution need to be carefully studied, ensuring scientific and effective. Urgently develop and promulgate regulations and rules of the Party Committee and assign tasks to the new Executive Committee, in which it is necessary to clearly define the authority and responsibility of the head, along with promoting the strength of solidarity of the collective, ensuring the principles and regulations of the Party.

Along with that, promptly develop a work program, a program for inspection and supervision of the entire term; actively innovate leadership methods to ensure the regime and forms of party activities are suitable to the characteristics of the unit; continue to improve the quality of inspection, supervision, and discipline enforcement within the Party, prevent corruption, waste, and negativity; focus on management and grasp the ideological situation of party members; lead organizations to continue to innovate and improve operational efficiency...

With the spirit of solidarity, democracy, innovation and responsibility, the Congress elected 7 comrades to join the 9th Provincial Party Committee Office Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and directly elected the Party Committee Secretary at the Congress. Comrade Duong Manh Cuong, Party Committee Secretary and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, was elected by the Congress to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary of the 9th Provincial Party Committee Office Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress also elected 13 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates to attend the 2nd Provincial Party Congress of Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term and passed the Congress resolution with 9 targets, 2 breakthroughs and 3 key tasks and solutions.
