David Beckham comes to enjoy Messi's goal: Inter Miami tops MLS

Messi's goal was crucial as it also helped Inter Miami secure a win over Philadelphia Union, a team at the top of the MLS (American professional soccer league). Daniel Gazdag's equalizer in the 80th minute was not enough to help Philadelphia Union turn the game around.

The stunning win helped Inter Miami climb to the top of the MLS standings with 13 points after 5 unbeaten matches (4 wins, 1 draw), and still have 1 match in hand.

In the upcoming match, Messi and his teammates will travel to Los Angeles FC at 10:30 on April 3 in the first leg of the CONCACAF Champions Cup quarterfinals. The return match will take place on April 10 at Chase Stadium. Interspersed with that is a match against Toronto FC (in MLS) on April 7.
