Investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Dong Van III supporting industrial park.
The Decision clearly states: Approving the investment policy and approving Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company as the Project investor.
The land use scale of the project is 223 hectares. The total investment capital of the project is 2,320,277 billion VND, of which the investor's contributed capital is 348,041 billion VND.
The project's operating period is 50 years from the date the project is approved for investment policy and the investor is approved.
The project is implemented in the wards of Yen Bac, Tien Noi and Hoa Mac; the communes of Tien Ngoai and Yen Nam and Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province.
The Decision clearly states: The project is not eligible for the policy of encouraging the development of supporting industrial zones as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 32 of Decree No. 35/2022/ND-CP and other relevant legal provisions. Other investment incentives and support shall be implemented in accordance with current legal provisions.
Projects can only be implemented after meeting all conditions.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Planning and Investment to take responsibility for the assigned contents of project investment policy appraisal and to perform state management of industrial parks in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law and relevant laws.
Relevant ministries and branches are responsible for the content of project investment policy appraisal within their functions and tasks according to the provisions of the Investment Law and relevant laws.
The People's Committee of Ha Nam province is responsible for the project's conformity with the planning approved by competent authorities; updating the location and scale of the Dong Van III supporting industrial park in the East into the industrial park system development plan to integrate into the Ha Nam Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030 and vision to 2050 and the 5-year land use plan of Ha Nam province 2021-2025 and submitting it to competent authorities for approval according to the provisions of the law on planning and the law on land; organizing the development and implementation of land recovery, compensation, site clearance, conversion of land use purposes, etc.
The People's Committee of Ha Nam province directs the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Ha Nam province and relevant agencies to review and ensure that the project implementation area is suitable for the requirements of protecting and promoting the value of cultural heritage and the conditions prescribed by the law on cultural heritage; guide, inspect and supervise investors to comply with the approved industrial park construction zoning plan, complete construction procedures according to the provisions of the law on construction...
Taseco Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (investor) is responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy and honesty of the content of the project dossier and documents sent to competent state agencies.
Use equity capital as committed to implement the project and comply with the provisions of the law on land and other relevant legal provisions.
Investors are only allowed to implement the project after meeting all conditions prescribed by law, including being permitted by competent authorities to convert the purpose of using rice-growing land and being responsible for paying a sum of money to protect and develop rice-growing land according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 134 of the Land Law and Article 45 of Decree No. 43/2014/ND-CP dated May 15, 2014; fully implementing environmental protection procedures in accordance with the provisions of the law on environmental protection and relevant guiding documents...
