Mr. H. - an investor who left the auction room after 9 rounds - said that there are currently 3 winning lots with the same price of 146 million VND/m2. The highest priced lot is currently 246 million VND/m2. "I just bid on a lot of land for 156 million VND but I didn't win so I left. The market is selling a lot of land for 140 million VND/m2 but it's still unsold. I think the current price is too high," he said.

Another investor walked out of the auction room and shook his head, saying: "The price is too high. I'll buy land on the market and sell it for cheaper."

Ms. Hien, a person present at the land auction, said that her company had just won a 62m2 plot of land in Ha Khau Copper Zone after 8 rounds of bidding with a price of 146 million VND/m2. This plot of land is being sold at a price difference of 400 million VND.

Previously, Ms. Hong, an investor from Quoc Oai District (Hanoi) said she won a plot of land in Ha Khau Copper Area with an area of ​​62.5 square meters at a price of 146 million VND/square meter, equivalent to more than 9.1 billion VND, after 7 rounds of bidding. She is selling this plot of land for a difference of 600 million VND, for more than 9.7 billion VND.

As reported by Dan Tri newspaper, Ha Dong district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 27 residential land plots in the locations of Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B, Phu Luong ward); Sau Chua area (symbol X8, Yen Nghia ward); Duoc area (symbol X7, Duong Noi ward).

The plots of land to be auctioned range in area from 48.7m2 to 72.1m2, with starting prices ranging from 22.8-32.2 million VND/m2, and deposits ranging from 221.9 million to 436.3 million VND/plot. The purpose of land use is urban residential land, the form of use is the State allocating land with land use fees. The land use term is long-term.

Of these, 17 plots are in Ha Khau area, 1 plot is in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, 1 plot is in Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B), Phu Luong ward; 2 plots are in Sau Chua area (X8), Yen Nghia ward and 6 plots are in Duoc area (X7), Duong Noi ward.

Investors participating in the auction will conduct direct voting in multiple rounds according to the ascending price method. Land plots in Ha Khau area will be auctioned through at least 5 mandatory rounds, in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area through 11 rounds, in Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B) through 6 rounds, in Sau Chua area (X8) through 6 rounds and in Duoc area (X7) through 7 rounds.

The general price step applied to land plots and in auction rounds is 10 million VND/m2.
