Land auctioned along Highway 32 in Thach That is nearly 60 million VND/m2

(Dan Tri) - The auction of 34 plots of land in Dong Nga area, Huong Ngai commune, Thach That district (Hanoi) had 313 customers with 1,314 applications participating. The highest winning price was recorded at 59.4 million VND/m2.

Recently, the Land Fund Development Center of Thach That district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 34 land plots in Dong Nga area (phase 3), Huong Ngai commune.

These plots of land have a total area of ​​5,100m2, each plot is 150m2 wide. The auction attracted 313 customers, with 1,314 applications participating in the auction. The auction was conducted in a direct secret ballot format with multiple rounds of bidding, with the method of bidding up for each plot of land.

In the first round of auction, the land plots have a starting price of nearly 2.4 million VND/m2, with a step price of 3 million VND/m2. From the second round onwards, the starting price of the auctioned land plot is equal to the highest valid bid in the previous round and customers have the right not to continue participating in the auction.

After 12 rounds, the auction identified 34 winning bidders, with winning prices ranging from 38.4 to 59.4 million VND/m2, 16 to 25 times higher than the starting price. The total amount collected from the auction reached over 241 billion VND.

The leader of the People's Committee of Thach That district said that according to the general planning of Huong Ngai commune, Dong Nga area will be oriented to be adjacent to the village road running from H28 road to Phung Thuong commune, Phuc Tho district, connecting with National Highway 32, convenient for traffic.

Regarding the planning orientation of the Capital and the District area, Dong Nga area in particular and Huong Ngai commune in general have great potential to develop services and trade to serve the Western city area and the Lien Quan urban area.
