In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office focused on leadership; completed and over-completed 8/8 targets of the Congress Resolution; improving the quality of consultation with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; effectively implementing work programs; promoting administrative reform in the Party; enhancing the application of information technology, digital transformation, ensuring security in the operations of Party agencies; effectively implementing organizational and personnel work, streamlining the apparatus; Party building work, political and ideological education for cadres and party members; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle associated with Party building and rectification, fighting against degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation"... are focused on.

Based on the results achieved in the past term, in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Party Committee Office continues to innovate leadership methods, setting out 9 groups of goals and solutions in organization and implementation.

Comrade Vu Xuan Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies gave a speech at the congress.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Vu Xuan Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, requested the Office Party Committee to continue to closely follow the political tasks of the province; actively innovate leadership methods; pay attention to political and ideological training for cadres and party members; pay attention to building "4 good" Party cells, and promote the development of new party members.

The new Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office was introduced to the congress.

The Congress elected a new Executive Committee of 7 members. Comrade Phan Quoc Nghia, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, was elected to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary for the 2025-2030 term.
