Da Nang arranges social housing for people with revolutionary contributions

On the morning of March 24, Da Nang City organized the installation of a signboard for a social housing project for people with revolutionary contributions on Vu Mong Nguyen Street, Ngu Hanh Son District. This is a project to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Da Nang City (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025).

The social housing project for people with revolutionary contributions was approved by Da Nang City on July 4, 2022 with a total investment of 223.8 billion VND from the city budget. The newly built apartment complex includes a 12-storey apartment complex + 1 basement + attic, along with green landscape infrastructure, arranging 209 apartments with an area of ​​65 - 77m2/each apartment. Currently, the project Construction has been completed and procedures are being carried out for handover and put into use.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairwoman of Da Nang City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said that the social housing project for people with meritorious services to the revolution on Vu Mong Nguyen Street is a key project, part of the program to implement the Project "Building social housing projects for families of people with meritorious services to the revolution who have housing difficulties in Da Nang City from 2020 to 2025", contributing to the goal of "Repaying gratitude" to people with meritorious services in the area.

"This apartment building will not only be a place to live but also a place to connect feelings and create beautiful memories for families of people with meritorious services. We will make more efforts to continue implementing social security projects, contributing to bringing a better life to families of people with meritorious services to the revolution in the city in particular and all people of the city in general," affirmed the leader of Da Nang City.
