Former US President Donald Trump was indicted again on August 15, when a Georgia state grand jury accused him of trying to overturn the state's defeat in the 2020 presidential election, Independent reported.

In the indictment, prosecutors in Atlanta, Georgia charged Mr. Trump with 13 felony counts, including RICO conspiracy — making false statements and soliciting a public official to violate his oath of office, among other charges.
Mr. Trump was indicted along with 18 other defendants, including his former personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who is said to have pressured lawmakers over the results after the election, and former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows. This is the fourth time Mr. Trump has been indicted this year. Mr. Trump has denied all accusations against him.
