On the afternoon of June 13, in Hanoi, X20 Joint Stock Company (General Department of Logistics) organized the 2023 Digital Transformation Competition with the participation of a large number of officers, employees, and workers from agencies and member units.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Colonel Vu Van Nhat, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Head of the Organizing Committee emphasized: The purpose of the contest is to thoroughly understand and propagate so that all officers and employees in the company change their thinking, step into the digital transformation journey that the enterprise has determined. Through the contest, the company's leaders and commanders can assess the ability and awareness of digital transformation of each person and the focal points of the agencies and member units to have appropriate solutions, promoting the company's digital transformation journey faster and more effectively.

According to Colonel Hoang Sy Tam, General Director of X20 Joint Stock Company, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, Head of the Jury, the contest was conducted in 2 phases. In phase 1, candidates took 2 parts: Multiple choice test on computer, with the requirement that within 20 minutes, candidates answered 40 questions related to documents issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications, General Department of Logistics and X20 Joint Stock Company with content on e-Government development associated with digital transformation and information security.

The second part of the first phase is a knowledge test in the form of an essay. In this part, candidates choose their own topic, prepare a test of 500-800 words, and present their awareness of digital transformation within the scope of 5 topics given by the Organizing Committee, related to the reality of their units and agencies. In the second phase, candidates will practice exploiting and using some features to operate business activities on the management software. In addition, the Organizing Committee will directly evaluate the results of digital transformation implementation of participating agencies and units...

After a serious exam period, the results showed that in the theoretical exam, 100% of the papers scored excellent, with many comrades achieving absolute scores earlier than the prescribed time; in the essay exam, 100% of the candidates met the requirements or higher, with the rate of good and excellent reaching 72.3%. The Organizing Committee awarded the first collective prize to the Department of Technology Engineering (agency block) and X20 Thai Nguyen Company Limited (unit block); the first individual prize in the agency block went to comrade Tran Thi Anh Phuong (Department of Technology Engineering); the two candidates shared the first prize in the unit block including comrades: Ma Nguyen Anh Thu (X20 Thai Nguyen Company Limited) and Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy (X20 Kindergarten).

It is known that at this contest, for the first time, 100% of the Board of Directors and all members of the Organizing Committee and the Jury also participated in the contest, although the contest scores were not counted towards individual and collective achievements.

Along with that, individuals and groups with exam scores below average will be required by the Organizing Committee to self-study, practice, and adjust the digital transformation content of their agencies and units. After one month, they will report the results for the Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest to review and decide.
