Accordingly, the delegations conducted comprehensive inspections of all aspects of CTĐ and CTCT activities, including: Inspection of the system of documents, books, cultural institutions at grassroots units; awareness of officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers through testing and direct meetings and exchanges.

Through actual inspection, it is shown that in the first 6 months of 2023, agencies and units have comprehensively and effectively deployed and implemented all aspects of Party building and Party organization activities; the system of documents and books is complete in accordance with regulations. Party committees and commanders at all levels have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the conclusions, resolutions and directives of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, and the Military Region on promoting Party building and rectification, the political system, on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; strictly maintaining the implementation of principles and regimes in Party leadership and activities; leading and directing the good implementation of ideological education and management work, effectively handling arising issues; the ideological situation of officers and soldiers is stable, strictly complying with State laws, military discipline, and unit regulations; ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks; Lead and closely direct the work of cadres, inspection and supervision, policies, and mass mobilization to ensure good quality and efficiency. At the inspected locations, the working delegations requested that Party committees, commanders, political commissars, and political officers of agencies and units promptly have plans and solutions to lead and direct the overcoming of the limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out; closely follow reality, improve the quality of Party building and Party building activities, contributing to building a "model" and "exemplary" Party organization, a strong and exemplary Party organization, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

This inspection aims to grasp and comprehensively evaluate the work of disseminating and implementing resolutions, directives and instructions of all levels on military and defense tasks; and the unit's CTĐ and CTCT activities. Thereby, assessing the responsibilities and capacity to carry out CTĐ and CTCT activities of agencies and units; promptly correcting and drawing lessons from limitations and shortcomings and proposing policies and measures to lead and direct the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of CTĐ and CTCT activities, contributing to building a strong and democratic Party organization and agency, successfully completing all assigned tasks.
