According to Mr. Kien, the ability to source and continuously connect with candidates has been significantly improved. Especially the feature of enhancing interaction in the recruitment process such as scheduling interviews, automatically personalizing emails, and visual recruitment reports.

On the other hand, AI Parsing technology helps to process large volumes of recruitment work in a scientific, automatic and structured way.
