A sudden thunderstorm at 3 p.m. on April 14, accompanied by rain and strong winds, caused several trees in Gia Nghia City, Dak Nong Province to fall and a welcome gate tens of meters high to be knocked down.

On the afternoon of April 14, information from the Dak Nong Province Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue said that in Gia Nghia City and some neighboring areas, a thunderstorm with strong winds had just occurred, causing damage to many trees and houses of some households.

The welcome gate, dozens of meters high and more than 20 meters wide, across 23/3 Street was knocked down in the storm.

In particular, on March 23rd Street, passing through residential group 1, Nghia Thanh Ward, Gia Nghia City, a welcome gate dozens of meters high, more than 20 meters wide, designed with an iron frame across the road, was knocked down by the wind, causing traffic congestion. Fortunately, at the time of the incident, there were no people walking around, so no one was injured.
