Many special programs to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day

Accordingly, on the evenings of April 19, 26, 29 and 30, a series of cultural and sports activities called “Colors of Uncle Ho’s City” will take place at the outdoor stage in front of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. These activities include: 3D Mapping performance; symphony, choir, traditional art, contemporary art; Don ca tai tu performance and various forms of water sports; Drone performance (2,000 flying devices), and artistic fireworks.

On the evening of April 20, the art program “The Country is Full of Joy” took place at the outdoor stage of the Reunification Hall. The program included various forms of singing, dancing, music, and theater combined with real-life scenes. Some singers from the TV program “Anh trai vu ngan cong gai” also participated in the performance. Also at the Reunification Hall, on the evening of April 29, a special art program took place to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country.

On the evening of April 21, at the City Theater, a special concert with the theme "Peace Symphony" took place.

On the morning of April 26, at the Youth Cultural House, the results of the vote for Ho Chi Minh City's literary and artistic works (1975 - 2025) were announced. On the same evening, at Nguyen Hue walking street, the opening ceremony of the exhibition and film screening program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day with the theme: "Echoes of the Great Victory of Spring 1975 in Cinema" was held.

A brass band performance combined with horseback riding techniques was organized by the Ministry of Public Security on April 30 in the Le Loi area and Nguyen Hue walking street. On the evening of April 30, the program "National Reunification Day" was also held on Nguyen Hue walking street in the series of activities "Colors of Uncle Ho's City".
