Announcing the decision to establish the Que Son District Party Committee

On the morning of December 30, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Que Son District Party Committee (new). Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee chaired the ceremony.

Leaders of Quang Nam province presented decisions and flowers to congratulate the leaders of Que Son District Party Committee (new).

At the ceremony, Mr. Phan Van Binh, Head of the Organizing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, announced Decision No. 1704, dated December 4, 2024 of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Que Son District Party Committee under the Provincial Party Committee, on the basis of merging the Nong Son District Party Committee into the Que Son District Party Committee; Decision No. 1710 dated December 5, 2024 of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on transferring the Nong Son District Party Committee to the Que Son District Party Committee, including 41 grassroots party organizations and 1,141 party members. Decision No. 1704 and 1710 take effect from January 1, 2025.

Mr. Phan Van Binh also announced Decision No. 1757 of the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the appointment of the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Que Son District Party Committee for the 25th term, 2020 - 2025, including 61 cadres and the appointment of Mr. Dinh Nguyen Vu to hold the position of Secretary of the Que Son District Party Committee for the 25th term, 2020 - 2025; the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa , Vo Van Nhan , and Ngo Van Sy to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Que Son District Party Committee for the 25th term, 2020 - 2025. Decision No. 1757 takes effect from January 1, 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet said that the establishment of the Que Son District Party Committee under the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the basis of merging the Nong Son District Party Committee into the Que Son District Party Committee has historical significance, marking the development path of the locality. The merger of the entire administrative boundary of Nong Son District into Que Son District aims to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and unity of the two localities, not a simple addition, but a multiplication of the combined strength of the Party's will and the people's hearts.
