Announcing the Prime Minister's Decision approving the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee

On the afternoon of January 15, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's Decision on personnel work and hand over the duties of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Comrade Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the ceremony.

On behalf of the delegation, comrade Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision to appoint officials and presented flowers to congratulate comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Bui Thi Minh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, announced the Prime Minister's Decision on personnel work. Accordingly, on January 12, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 79/QD-TTg approving the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province for the 2021-2026 term for Comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee.

Previously, at the 24th Session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was elected by the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province with 100% of the votes.

Comrade Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, congratulated Comrade Bui Duc Hinh on being recommended by the Provincial Party Committee, elected by the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and approved by the Prime Minister. The Provincial Party Secretary believes that with his working process, love for his homeland Hoa Binh, capacity and experience, Comrade Bui Duc Hinh will continue to promote his experience and capacity, especially promoting the spirit of solidarity in the Provincial People's Committee, implementing mechanisms and policies to mobilize resources, resolutely directing key projects and works, creating a foundation for the development of Hoa Binh province. Continue to reform and innovate the state's management methods. Strengthen administrative reform, especially administrative procedure reform; rectify public ethics, discipline and administrative discipline; promote digital transformation more strongly, carry out and complete well the socio-economic development tasks of the province, successfully implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, creating a premise for Hoa Binh province to enter a new term with many improvements, building a province that develops rapidly and sustainably.
