(NADS) - On the morning of January 30 (20th of the lunar calendar), the Office of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists held a Conference to summarize 2023 and deploy the 2024 action plan.

National Assembly Delegate Tran Thi Thu Dong, Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, President of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, member of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education attended and chaired the Conference.

NSNA - NB Ho Sy Minh, Permanent Vice President of the Association, reported on the summary of the activities of the Association's Office in 2023.

The conference listened to NSNA - NB Ho Sy Minh, Permanent Vice President of the Association, report on the summary of activities in 2023 and the plan to implement tasks in 2024 of the Association Office. After listening to the report, representatives of departments and offices gave comments to complete the report. From there, lessons were drawn, achievements were promoted, and limitations and shortcomings were overcome.

Concluding the conference, Chairwoman Tran Thi Thu Dong highly appreciated the performance of the Association's Office in the past year, commended the achievements, and also pointed out shortcomings that need to be overcome in 2024.

After 1 year of effective operation, recognizing the positive contributions of the collectives and individuals of the Association, the Emulation and Reward Council reviewed and awarded the title of Excellent Labor to 03 collectives: Photography and Life Magazine, Composition and Exhibition Board, ANT Vietnam Archives and Exhibition Center; awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level to 05 individuals and the title of Advanced Labor to 08 individuals...
