According to the report of Ba Dinh Primary School sent to the People's Committee and the Department of Education and Training of Bim Son town (Thanh Hoa), at around 9:00 a.m. on Friday (October 11), the school received the parents of TPN (class 1B) about the incident in which student N. was beaten by the homeroom teacher VTT, causing scratches on the ear and bruises on the back.

The parents provided their child's medical examination results and reviewed the camera footage with the principal during the math class on Thursday afternoon, October 10.

Immediately after receiving the information, the school invited Ms. VTT to report the incident. According to Ms. T., because she saw student N. bringing things to class to play during Math class, she could not control herself and used her hands to twist his ears and pat his back and head.

Ms. T. then went to the student's house to meet and apologize to the student's family. She admitted that her behavior was a serious violation of the teacher's ethics and accepted all forms of disciplinary action from all levels.

On October 12, the Board of Directors of Ba Dinh Primary School agreed to temporarily suspend teaching with teacher T. to conduct a review and transfer her to another job at the school until further notice.

Since the beginning of the week (October 14), the school has allowed student N. to change classes according to her family's wishes. Currently, Ba Dinh Primary School is asking for instructions from superiors to handle the next steps for teacher T.
