Reporting to Dan Tri newspaper, Mr. H. (Ward 4, Ba Dinh Ward, Bim Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province) said that on the evening of October 10, his family saw that the ear of his daughter TPN (6 years old, student of class 1B, Ba Dinh Primary School) had a 1cm crack, and a bruised, black area the size of a hand on her back.
After asking, Mr. H. learned that at school, his son's ear was twisted and he was hit hard on the back and head by Ms. T.
On the morning of October 11, he took his daughter to Bim Son General Hospital for a check-up. Doctors concluded that the child had skin injuries on her back due to being beaten.

"My family does not agree with the teacher's way of solving the problem. The teacher's way of disciplining the child is violent, not in accordance with the standards of the teaching profession, and affects the child's psychology and health," said Mr. H.
According to Mr. H., after the incident, Ms. T. came to visit and apologize to the family. However, his family did not feel secure letting Ms. T. teach N., so they asked to transfer classes and filed a complaint with the authorities.
Ms. Vo Dao Hoa, Principal of Ba Dinh Primary School, said that after receiving feedback from parents, the school board asked Ms. T. to write a report on the incident. Ms. T. admitted to beating student N.

According to Ms. T.'s report, at around 3:30 p.m. on October 10, during math class, she discovered N. using a toy. Unable to control her emotions, Ms. T. twisted her hands into N.'s ears and patted her back and head.
After the incident, the school reported to the Department of Education and Training of Bim Son town.
On the afternoon of October 15, Bim Son Town Police had a working session with the school's board of directors.
"This is the second time Ms. T. has behaved in a way that is not in accordance with the standards of the teaching profession. Last year, this teacher used a ruler to hit the arm of a student in class 1B, causing his arm to be bruised. After the incident, the school worked with the parents and they agreed to let Ms. T. teach the class until the end of the year," said Ms. Hoa.
The principal said she was very surprised by Ms. T's actions, because the teacher has always been a perfectionist in everything.

"Ms. T.'s handling of the problem in such a way is unacceptable. It affects the psychology and health of the students and seriously violates the ethics of teachers. After the incident, the school no longer assigned her to teach the class and transferred her to another job," Ms. Hoa informed.
Mr. Le Sy Tien, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Bim Son town, said that the unit has sent officials to work with the school. After the investigation agency has results, the department will take the next step in handling Ms. T.
According to Mr. Sy Tien, N.'s health has stabilized, the wound on his ear has stopped hurting, and the bruise on his back has also reduced a lot. He goes to school, eats, and lives normally.
