Transferring 8 party organizations from the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the District Party Committees of the Hanoi Party Committee

On the afternoon of January 8, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade held a "Ceremony of transferring and receiving party organizations and party members to the District Party Committees under the Hanoi Party Committee".

Pursuant to Regulation No. 60-QD/TW dated March 8, 2022 of the Secretariat; Instruction No. 04-HD/ĐUK dated March 31, 2023 of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies; Resolution No. 29-NQ/ĐUB dated July 4, 2023 of the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the arrangement and transfer of party organizations and party members. Today (January 8), the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinated with the District Party Committees under the Hanoi Party Committee to organize the "Ceremony of transferring and receiving party organizations and party members to the district Party Committees under the Hanoi Party Committee".

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; representatives of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies; representatives of the Hanoi Party Committee; representatives of the District Party Committees under the Hanoi Party Committee. In addition, the conference was also attended by comrades who are experts of the Organizing Committee of the District Party Committees, comrades who are Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, and Party Committee members of 8 transferred Party organizations; comrades who are leaders and experts of the advisory agency of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Vu Duc Nam, Deputy Standing Committee, Party Organization Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade said: Implementing the regulations of the Central Committee and the Party Committee of the Central Agencies, the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade have paid great attention and given very close and timely instructions on the transfer of party organizations and party members.

The Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade have held many meetings and issued documents related to leadership and direction on the content of the transfer of party organizations such as: Approving the transfer plan, issuing Resolutions to implement the transfer, reporting and receiving the consent of the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the transfer policy; reporting to the Party Committee of the Central Agencies and sending Official Dispatches to the Organizing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee and related district Party Committees.

Along with that, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade also held a working conference with the leaders of the party organizations subject to the transfer to exchange and listen to opinions, aspirations, recommendations and proposals of the party organizations.

Regarding the results of the implementation of the transfer, comrade Vu Duc Nam informed that in the recent past, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, together with the very active and timely guidance and assistance of the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies and the Organizing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, has closely and effectively coordinated with the Organizing Committees of the district Party Committees under the Hanoi Party Committee and related party organizations to complete the survey and complete the dossier serving the transfer and reception of party organizations and party members.

The process of transferring and receiving is carried out in accordance with the Central's regulations and Instruction No. 04-HD/ĐUK dated March 31, 2023 of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc; and has been approved by the Central Organizing Committee, the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Organizing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Of the 22 party organizations subject to transfer to local authorities according to regulations, during the survey, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade dissolved 5 party organizations due to lack of party members as prescribed. Previously, on October 18, 2024, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade carried out the first transfer of 6 party organizations to the Thanh Xuan, Hai Ba Trung, and Dong Da district party committees.

“ Today, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinated with the district committees of Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, and Nam Tu Liem to organize the handover and reception ceremony of 8 party organizations ,” emphasized comrade Vu Duc Nam.

Also at the event, comrade Vu Duc Nam said: Currently, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade still has 3 party organizations subject to transfer (including: 1 Party cell in Thanh Xuan District Party Committee, which is the Party cell of Vilexim Import-Export and Investment Cooperation Company; 2 Party cells in Hoan Kiem District, which are the Party cell of General Import-Export Joint Stock Company and the Party cell of Cosmetics Magazine) that have not received the approval of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee.
