Next move in investment in 3 new industrial parks of Da Nang

The investment plan for three new industrial parks, Hoa Nhon, Hoa Ninh, and Hoa Cam – phase 2, has made progress, as the Da Nang City government is speeding up the process of completing documents and selecting investors.

The Management Board of the High-Tech Park, the Concentrated Information Technology Park and the Industrial Parks of Da Nang recently informed about the investment situation of 3 new industrial parks (IPs) in the area: Hoa Nhon, Hoa Ninh, Hoa Cam - phase 2.

For Hoa Cam Industrial Park - Phase 2, implementing the decision to approve the form of selecting investors for the Hoa Cam Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project - Phase 2, in the form of open bidding, the Management Board has submitted a document to the Department of Planning and Investment requesting approval of the plan to select investors for the Hoa Cam Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project - Phase 2.

The Management Board also issued a decision approving the results of the shortened bidding for the Consulting Package for preparing bidding documents and evaluating bidding documents to select investors for DaviLaw Company.

Da Nang City is investing in phase 2 of Hoa Cam Industrial Park.

Next, the Management Board presided over and coordinated with the consulting unit to develop bidding documents and criteria for selecting investors according to regulations, consulted with departments and branches; sent an official dispatch to the Bidding Management Department (under the Ministry of Planning and Investment) and the Department of Planning and Investment to comment on the project bidding documents.

At the same time, in April 2024, the Management Board also submitted a document to the City People's Committee to approve the plan and progress monitoring table for organizing the selection of investors for the Hoa Cam Industrial Park project - phase 2.

For Hoa Ninh Industrial Park, after the People's Council of Da Nang City approved the Resolution approving the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to another purpose at Hoa Ninh Industrial Park, the Management Board advised the City People's Committee to send an official dispatch to the Prime Minister for permission to withdraw the dossier, along with a submission to review, edit and update the entire Project dossier.

By January 2024, the Management Board proposed that the People's Committee of Da Nang City consider and select the investment policy approval; at the same time, approve the investor of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park without auctioning land use rights, bidding to select investors according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 29 of the Investment Law 2020...

The Hoa Ninh Industrial Park project has a project scale of more than 400 hectares, built in Hoa Ninh commune, Hoa Vang district; the total estimated cost of the project is more than 6,083 billion VND; of which the cost of compensation and site clearance is more than 2,578 billion VND.

Da Nang city invests in new industrial parks to meet business needs.

For Hoa Nhon Industrial Park, the City's Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects Management Board is in charge of implementing the Hoa Nhon Industrial Park zoning plan, according to the new adjusted scale of about 237 hectares, within the overall Green Core Center zoning plan.

After the Green Core Center Zoning Plan is approved, the Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects of Da Nang City will extract and hand over documents related to the Hoa Nhon Industrial Park Zoning Plan to continue implementing the next procedures and selecting Infrastructure Investors according to regulations.

After adjustment, Hoa Nhon Industrial Park has an area of about 237 hectares, with a total estimated investment capital of about 5,600 billion VND.
