In contrast to the "crash" at the end of yesterday's session, the last minutes of today's trading session with unexpectedly high demand helped VN-Index have a fairly good recovery session, nearly 16 points.

The stock market on September 27 had low liquidity due to investors' cautious sentiment after the previous three sell-off sessions. The VN-Index continued to fall 7 points in the morning session, but it seemed that the amount of mortgaged goods had run out, causing the supply to weaken, and investors holding money were willing to buy at higher prices, helping the market gradually recover. While investors were still worried that the market would drop in the last minutes like the previous session, the demand suddenly increased, helping the VN-Index surpass the 1,150 point mark.

The market's "pilot" stocks are securities that have attracted cash flow and recovered first. Many securities stocks hit the ceiling such as BSI, CTS, AGR, FTS, MBS. Many other stocks also hit the ceiling such as SSI up 6.8%, VIX up 5.41%, ORS up 6.11%, SHS up 7.93%, VCI up 5.52%, VND up 5.81%, VDS up 4.58%...

Next, the real estate stocks also recovered strongly. Among them, HDC and PDR increased to the ceiling, DXG increased by 6.37%, CEO increased by 5.3%, HDG increased by 5.34%, DIG increased by 4.08%, IDC increased by 4.12%, NLG increased by 5.17%, SZC increased by 5.29%... The Vingroup trio, although not increasing strongly, also recovered with VRE increasing by 1.16%, VIC and VHM increasing by nearly 1%.

Banking stocks were also filled with green with CTG up 2.31%, VPB up 2.69%, STB up 1.44%, MBB up 1.37%, SHB up 2.78%, EIB up 3.71%...

In addition to the main stock groups, energy, retail, steel, etc. stocks also recovered well.

At the end of the trading session, VN-Index increased by 15.89 points (1.4%) to 1,153.85 points with 308 stocks increasing, 191 stocks decreasing and 69 stocks remaining unchanged. At the end of the session on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX-Index also increased by 6.09 points (2.65%) to 235.84 points with 95 stocks increasing, 79 stocks decreasing and 65 stocks remaining unchanged. Liquidity was low, the total transaction value on the whole market was less than 21,200 billion VND, of which transactions on the HOSE floor were only over 18,000 billion VND. Foreign investors continued to accumulate goods for the third consecutive session with a total net purchase value on the HOSE floor of over 310 billion VND.
