On the afternoon of April 4, the Provincial People's Committee organized a dialogue conference between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and young people, with the theme "Hoa Binh Province's youth are pioneers, aspiring to contribute in the era of national development". The conference was connected online with 10 connecting points in districts and cities. Comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference. Attending the provincial connecting point were leaders of a number of departments, branches, and sectors and 25 delegates of union members and young people.

The Provincial Police Youth Union presented its opinions and proposals at the dialogue conference.
At the conference, youth representatives at the connecting points raised 19 questions and recommendations to the province, focusing on the following issues: Improving skills and expertise for young people, promoting creative startups; security, ensuring social order and safety; improving educational levels, encouraging scientific research; improving physical health, life, culture, and spirit; school youth, students, young teachers; mechanisms and policies for cadres and youth union members.
The proposals and recommendations of the youth were discussed and answered by the leaders of departments, branches and sectors. Thereby, the thoughts, aspirations and concerns of the youth in the province were resolved.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the opinions and recommendations of the youth were very legitimate and practical. He acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions, recommendations and proposals of the youth. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, the youth of Hoa Binh province would promote their pioneering role and their aspiration to contribute in the era of the rise of the Vietnamese nation in general and of Hoa Binh province in particular; actively and proactively propagate, mobilize and properly implement the guidelines, policies and guidelines of the Party and State.
To promote the role of youth in the era of national development, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned agencies and units, based on their functions and tasks, to implement solutions to promote training in creative start-up skills in vocational training institutions. Research and propose solutions, projects, and plans for youth development in the new period; pay attention to supporting and encouraging youth to focus on innovation, improving the quality of cultural activities. Strengthen propaganda and education on ideology, revolutionary ideals, ethics, civilized lifestyle, cultural traditions; arouse and promote national consciousness, improve understanding and legal awareness. Research, complete and supplement mechanisms and policies to motivate and encourage young people to participate in scientific research, such as increasing funding sources specifically for scientific research, increasing remuneration for scientific products. Timely reward, motivate, and have preferential policies in considering emulation titles; Prioritize the planning, training, and placement and use of young people with outstanding achievements in scientific research in leadership and management positions, thereby motivating and encouraging young people to be active and passionate about scientific research. Propagate and widely promote cultural values and the preservation and development of cultural heritage through mass media, social networks, and performing arts, especially in community activities, branch and club activities. Develop mass arts movements in ethnic communities, focusing on exploiting folk materials and restoring some traditional festivals. Encourage the local young generation to absorb and preserve their ethnic cultural identity. Organize teaching classes such as teaching languages, folk songs, folk dances, traditional crafts, and folk knowledge for the young generation. Young people need to proactively update their skills, participate in training courses, learn from their predecessors, and seek better job opportunities.
