Hanoi President Vo Van Thuong attended the spring writing ceremony at the Memorial Site of National Hero - World Cultural Celebrity Nguyen Trai, on the morning of February 18 (the 9th day of Tet).
Following the tradition of writing the first words of the year, at the memorial site in Nhi Khe commune, Thuong Tin district, President Vo Van Thuong, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung and delegates wrote the words "Capital - Hanoi - Culture - Civilization - Modernity". The President gave lucky money to the children attending the writing ceremony.

The 2.7-hectare memorial site for National Hero - World Cultural Celebrity Nguyen Trai was started in 2022 on the land of Ao Hue - Trai Oi, the former teaching place of teacher Nguyen Phi Khanh, Nguyen Trai's father. The project includes many items such as a memorial house and an exhibition house, and is now basically completed. In mid-2024, Chi Nghia tower will be started.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Minh, Secretary of Thuong Tin District Party Committee, said that the memorial site is a place to educate the spirit of solidarity and patriotism for present and future generations. The project is also the heart and soul of the cadres and people of the capital and Thuong Tin district to honor and commemorate the great contributions of the founding father of the Le Dynasty, National Hero - World Cultural Celebrity Nguyen Trai.
Before attending the opening ceremony, President Vo Van Thuong, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Dinh Tien Dung and delegates visited and presented gifts to workers working at the construction site of the Ring Road 4 project - Capital region.

According to the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (investor), up to now, the component project 2.1 in Hanoi (parallel road) has organized 32 construction teams, including 23 road construction teams and 9 bridge construction teams. The total contract value of the 4 packages of the project is about 4,700 billion VND, the construction output to date has reached more than 580 billion VND.
The Ring Road 4 project of the Capital Region passes through Hanoi, Hung Yen and Bac Ninh, connecting the Hanoi - Lao Cai and Noi Bai - Ha Long expressways, with a total investment of more than VND 85,000 billion. The project will start in 2022, with the basic goal of completion in 2026 and operation in 2027.
