Ms. Quynh is currently a member of the company's trade union executive committee, working in the technical department. Having worked for the company for nearly 20 years, Ms. Quynh understands the specifics of workers' work. In order to keep the enthusiasm for work from waning, the company's trade union needs to pay attention to cultural and sports activities. Ms. Quynh has directly advised on many good ideas, contributing to the strong development of the grassroots trade union movement in recent years, especially the cultural and sports movement.
At the Hai Duong Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term, out of a total of 6 performances to welcome the congress, 4 were performed by the Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company Trade Union. That was probably an unforgettable memory when Ms. Quynh was both the person who gathered union members to participate in the performances and also the MC, staging each performance.
With the Board of Directors providing favorable conditions for practice time, Ms. Quynh proactively solved professional work and encouraged union members to participate. She came up with ideas for each performance and guided union members in practicing each movement. The performances were carefully invested, so when performing on stage, the employees and workers of the water plant were like professional artists.
At the Ao Dai Charming Talent Contest organized by the Provincial Labor Federation, the Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company Trade Union represented the Construction Industry Trade Union to participate. From the time of receiving the assignment to the competition, there were only 3 weeks, but with high determination, Ms. Quynh and the members practiced diligently. All the Ao Dai performed at the contest were hand-drawn by the union members. The union members and the artists worked day and night to complete the unique artwork and practiced in the company yard. With the theme "Water - the source of life", the Ao Dai expressed the profound meaning of the specific work of the company's employees. The performance of the company's union at the Ao Dai Charming Talent Contest won second prize.
In addition to cultural activities, the Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company's Trade Union is also a typical unit in the creative emulation movement in labor. Ms. Quynh and the Executive Committee have effectively implemented the movement of good labor and creative labor for union members. With her expertise as a technical officer, Ms. Quynh has directly guided many union members to express their ideas in labor. Every year, the company has 1-2 useful initiatives to overcome the limitations of machinery, increase labor productivity, and bring billions of dong in profit to the enterprise.
With her own efforts, Ms. Quynh, together with the Executive Board of the Trade Union and workers of Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company, has developed the trade union movement, becoming a typical example of the Construction Trade Union. Ms. Quynh has received many certificates of merit from the industry's trade union. In 2023, she was awarded a certificate of merit by the General Confederation of Labor for her outstanding achievements in trade union work and the workers' and laborers' movement.
Ms. Luu Thuy Nga, Chairwoman of the Construction Trade Union of Hai Duong province, said that Ms. Quynh is a prestigious trade union official, gathering union members to implement movements launched by the trade union. Ms. Quynh's working style is very scientific, she is willing to research new things to apply, so the grassroots trade union work is always innovative and flexible.
