Immediately after receiving the news, the unit dispatched 1 fire truck, 1 water tanker, officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire. At the scene, the front of the 7.6-ton truck, brand Truong Giang, license plate 28C-019.67, was on fire, with smoke billowing. The fire started in the engine area under the cabin and then spread to the entire front of the vehicle. Professional firefighters deployed foam sprayers to put out the fire. After 15 minutes, the fire was completely extinguished. After that, water sprayers were used to cool the vehicle.

Traffic police and Quynh Lam ward police promptly arrived at the scene to direct traffic and ensure security and order.

Initial information, driver Tran Duy Kien, born in 1972, residing in zone 7, Cao Phong town (Cao Phong) was driving a truck (not carrying goods) for repairs, when it reached Quynh Lam ward, it caught fire.

The fire did not cause any casualties but damaged the vehicle. The cause and specific damage of the fire are still being investigated by the authorities.
