Many businesses and cooperatives actively introduce, promote and sell products on social networking platforms.

Thanh Dat High-Tech Agricultural Cooperative (HTX) in Hiep Luc Commune (Ngan Son) focuses on producing melons. After many years, up to now, the cooperative's melons have been granted a provincial-level 3-star OCOP product certificate. To ensure the quality, output and output of the products, members of Thanh Dat High-Tech Agricultural Cooperative regularly promote on social networking platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, TiKToK... Due to regular promotion, the cooperative's products are known and ordered by many people, thanks to which the cooperative has developed stably. In 2023, the cooperative expanded the scale of the greenhouse to more than 1,000m2 .

Mr. Nong Van Thanh, Director of Thanh Dat High-Tech Agricultural Cooperative: “Every day, my main job is to take care of the melon garden in the greenhouse. At each stage of the melon plant's growth, I take pictures to introduce to customers. From the sowing stage, until the plant is ready to be planted, increasing nutrients for the plant, then pollinating the flowers to checking the sugar content of the fruit... With this method, I have approached and built many regular customers, in addition to stable orders in and out of the province, I have approached many new orders."

Tai Hoan vermicelli, Kunming commune (Na Ri) affirms its brand, is favored by domestic consumers, and has been exported to the Czech Republic market. Despite stable consumption, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoan and the members of the cooperative still regularly livestream the cooperative's activities on social networking platforms to promote and expand the target audience. When receiving an order, she directly livestreams the product packaging process, both creating trust for customers and promoting the product to many consumers.

Online sales include promoting product images on digital platforms, especially livestreaming, which is an effective strategy. Therefore, many organizations and units have trained this skill for economic entities in the province.

Ms. Hoang Thi Muoi, Director of Hoang Muoi Cooperative (Ba Be): “For economic entities in Bac Kan province, the form of selling via live streaming is not popular, they do not have the skills and experience in this form of selling. Therefore, through live streaming practice activities is a practical and meaningful training program”.

Online sales are a supporting activity, promoting the widespread application of digital transformation in trade promotion, narrowing the gap between big cities and localities. OCOP subjects in Bac Kan province are actively approaching digital technology, improving the level of using technology applications on smartphones, ways to participate in digital platforms, livestream skills... to promote product images, products that meet export standards, thereby enhancing the brand value of agricultural products in Bac Kan province.

Currently, OCOP products of Bac Kan province have origin traceability stamps. Economic entities have applied science and technology to production and product processing, using Customer Management software, recording indexes and electronic invoices. Actively innovating technology and innovating market approach methods on digital platforms.
