PC Bac Kan: Committed to ensuring stable and continuous power supply

In his opening speech, Mr. Ngo Van Gia, Deputy Director of the Company emphasized: "PC Bac Kan always identifies customers as the center of all activities, committed to ensuring safe and continuous electricity supply to serve local socio -economic development".

Representatives of the Northern Power Corporation congratulated the results achieved in production and business activities of PC Bac Kan in 2024.

According to the report at the conference, in 2024, commercial electricity output will reach 304.42 million kWh, an increase of 5.5% compared to 2023. Maximum capacity (Pmax) will reach 78.3 MW, expected to reach 85.2 MW in 2025, an average growth of 7%. Currently, Bac Kan's power system is supplied by 3 110kV stations (total capacity of 130MVA) and 6 small hydropower plants (24.6 MW), enough to meet the demand.

In particular, in 2024, the Company successfully supplied electricity to 2,896 low-voltage customers and 18 medium-voltage customers. At the same time, 21 large customers signed up to participate in the load adjustment (DR) program, with a total capacity reduction of nearly 2,900 kW.

Authorized by the Northern Power Corporation, Mr. Do Tien Hung, Director of PC Bac Kan, awarded the decision to commend 06 outstanding guests who have made positive contributions to the economical and efficient use of electricity.

PC Bac Kan also promoted the promotion of electricity saving, achieving savings of more than 7.5 million kWh in 2024. At the conference, 06 typical customers were awarded by the Northern Power Corporation for their positive contributions in using electricity economically and effectively.

The conference is not only an opportunity to express gratitude but also a forum for PC Bac Kan to receive opinions and suggestions from customers, improve service quality and develop synchronous electricity infrastructure, better meeting the needs in the coming time./.
