Singer Thanh Huong tells the love story of Chi Pheo

After participating in the program "Singing Battle 2024", Thanh Huong decided to mark a new milestone on her professional singing career with the MV "Chi Pheo's Story", released on social networking platforms at 8:00 p.m. on November 9.

Thanh Huong has loved the literary work Chi Pheo by writer Nam Cao since high school. Therefore, she wanted to have a song that only talks about the love of Chi Pheo and Thi No. They are like any other couple, with a pure love, without selfish interests. The song "Chi Pheo's Story" has a folk melody, composed by musician Minh Duong especially for Thanh Huong.

Although it was their first collaboration, Thanh Huong and Minh Duong were very "like-minded". Both hope to convey their love for traditional culture to young people through their music, as well as the purity of love between couples.

Thanh Huong has loved singing since she was a child, studied at the Central University of Art Education, and entered the top 10 of the Hanoi Singing Contest. The turning point in Thanh Huong's life came when she studied Choreography at the Vietnam Dance Academy. From then on, she pursued a career in dance, founded the Sen Viet dance troupe, and performed in all provinces and cities across the country. The opportunity to participate in "Singing Battle 2024" and the dream of holding the microphone again motivated Thanh Huong.

Therefore, the determination to pursue a professional singing career at the age of over 30 may be risky for many people, but for Thanh Huong, "as long as you live with passion, it's never too late."

"With the advantage of singing and dancing, I still want to make art that is profound and meaningful, not too commercial. It's never too late to pursue true and useful art," Thanh Huong expressed.

Making her first MV, Thanh Huong encountered financial difficulties but with the help of friends, she confidently brought a quality product to her fans.
