Training on job positions, organizational structure and innovation in management mechanisms of public service units, human resource management and improving the quality and efficiency of operations of public service units

The training course had 320 trainees directly advising on contents related to organizational structure and human resource management of the Department of Organization and Personnel of central ministries and branches; Department of Home Affairs of provinces and centrally-run cities and public service units.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long said that the training on job positions, human resource management, arrangement, innovation of the organizational system and improvement of the quality and efficiency of operations of public service units in Nghe An province was implemented according to Plan No. 2705/KH-BNV dated May 16, 2024 of the Minister of Home Affairs to equip, update and improve knowledge, skills and policy planning capacity for cadres, civil servants and public employees on job positions, organizational apparatus and innovation of management mechanisms of public service units, and at the same time research and share experiences on job positions, organizational models and innovation of management of public service units.

Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long highly appreciated the topics that were carefully selected and prepared for the target audience of civil servants and public employees who directly advise on relevant content with core and practical knowledge and hoped that the knowledge acquired from the training course would help comrades in their professional work when returning to their positions at their units, meeting the requirements of the job and completing assigned tasks well.
