This request was emphasized by Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, Head of Inspection Team No. 889 of the Politburo - at the announcement of the draft Inspection Results Report for the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, on the afternoon of November 28.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac evaluated and acknowledged the results achieved by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the recent past.
Notably, the Party Committee's specialized Resolution on personnel work was issued to concretize Resolution No. 26; and the assigned tasks were completed according to Plan No. 10 of the Politburo and the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 26.

Regarding the upcoming tasks, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac requested that the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism urgently develop a plan to overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out by the Inspection Team.
Mr. Phan Dinh Trac emphasized that the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism needs to pay attention to perfecting the team of leaders and managers of the Ministry; strengthen discipline and order in the performance of public duties of officials and civil servants; regularly pay attention to political, ideological, ethical and lifestyle education for officials, party members, civil servants and public employees in the industry.
Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac especially noted that the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism continues to research and have policies to attract cadres in the Ministry's specific fields such as museums, tourism, heritage, arts and sports.
Another task mentioned by the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission is that the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism should pay attention to directing the implementation of newly issued regulations on personnel work, especially regulations on encouraging and protecting dynamic, creative cadres who dare to think, dare to do, and dare to take responsibility for the common good.

According to the draft Inspection Results Report, the organization and implementation of personnel work in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Resolution 26 of the 12th Party Central Committee on focusing on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the tasks of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the past time has achieved many positive results.
Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has paid attention to leading, directing, thoroughly grasping and implementing tasks on personnel work in the spirit of Resolution of the 13th National Congress, Resolution No. 26 related to the functions and tasks of the Ministry.

The Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also focuses on leading and directing innovation and improving the quality of cadre assessment, recruitment of civil servants and public employees; implementing policies to attract and promote talents, creating a source of civil servants and public employees from excellent graduates according to Decree No. 140/2017 of the Government.
