Ministry of Education extends time for confirmation of admission on the system

On August 28, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) said that this was due to feedback from training institutions and candidates. Accordingly, some candidates discovered when they enrolled directly at the school that they had not confirmed their enrollment on the general enrollment support system.

To facilitate candidates, the Ministry of Education and Training announced that it will continue to open the system for candidates to complete admission confirmation procedures before 5:00 p.m. on August 31.

According to the Ministry's statistics, as of 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 551,479 candidates had confirmed their enrollment out of a total of 673,586 candidates admitted this year.

Thus, the number of candidates who passed the entrance exam but have not yet confirmed their enrollment in this first round is about 122,000. Last year, this number was 118,000.

This year's enrollment rate reached 81.87%, up nearly 2% compared to 2023. Last year, the enrollment figure was about 50,000 less than this year.
