Binh Phuoc proposes plan to build road connecting with Dong Nai

According to the report, DT753 road is about 29.7 km long, starting at Bau Truc intersection (Dong Xoai city), ending at Ma Da bridge (bordering Dong Nai province). The current status is asphalt concrete road surface from 7m to 9m wide, each side of the road is 1.5m wide; there are 3 bridges on the route, including Rat Nho bridge, Rat Lon bridge and Cu bridge.

Currently, the project to upgrade and expand DT753 road and build Ma Da bridge connecting with Long Thanh international airport (Dong Nai province) and Cai Mep - Thi Vai port (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) is under construction according to the decision of Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee, with a length of 13 km (from Bau Truc intersection to Dong Phu - Binh Duong road) with a total investment of 480 billion VND, expected to be completed and put into use in 2025.

To continue investing in upgrading and expanding DT753 road in Binh Phuoc province, the Department of Construction proposed 2 projects: Project 1 is to adjust the investment policy of the project to upgrade and expand DT753 road under construction, including section 1 (from Bau Truc intersection to the intersection with Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressway) 4,680m long to 8 lanes (minimum clearance of 51m) and section 2 (from the intersection with Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh expressway to Dong Phu - Binh Duong road) 8,320m long to 6 lanes (one-time clearance for 8 lanes of at least 55m).

The preliminary total investment is about 2,800 billion VND, of which the cost of site clearance is about 1,362 billion VND. The implementation period is from 2025 - 2027.

Project 2 upgrades and expands DT753 road, from Dong Phu - Binh Duong road to Ma Da bridge, about 16.7 km long with a scale of 6 lanes (the scope of land clearance at one time for 8 lanes is at least 55m). The total investment is about 1,694 billion VND, of which the cost of land clearance is about 437 billion VND. The implementation period is from 2025 to 2027. The total capital requirement for the implementation of the 2 projects is about 4,501 billion VND, of which the cost of land clearance is about 1,799 billion VND.
