Previously, on the afternoon of April 15, a clip was circulated on Facebook recording the image of 4 children wearing school uniforms using electric bicycles to race each other, without helmets, lying on the saddle of the bike on the road in the Chon Thanh Plaza commercial center, in Ward 6, Hung Long Ward.

Hung Long Ward Police coordinated with the school to work with parents to educate 4 students who violated traffic safety regulations.

After receiving the information, Hung Long Ward Police verified and identified the children in the clip as 6th grade students of Luong The Vinh Primary and Secondary School. After school on the afternoon of April 15, the children invited each other to Chon Thanh Plaza shopping mall to play and perform the act of racing, lying on the seat of the remote control. This action was recorded by people and posted on social networks.

On the same day, Luong The Vinh Primary and Secondary School announced that it had held a meeting to review and remind students according to school regulations.
