This special villa is located on a slope at an altitude of about 150 meters above sea level and overlooks Nyang-Nyang beach in Badung town. The aircraft cabin is used as a living room, a spacious bedroom with full amenities.

Mr. Felix Demin, the owner of the villa, said he bought the old Boeing 737 in 2021. Previously, the plane belonged to Mandala Airlines (Indonesia).

Demin said he initially planned to buy the plane for personal use but quickly saw the potential to turn it into something special.

“Before I bought it, I thought I could turn it into something unique and decided to focus on renovating it into a villa,” Denim confided.

The project was under construction during the Covid-19 pandemic and during the construction period, many tourists in Bali were excited to see people using cranes and specialized equipment to lift the plane up the cliff at Nyang-Nyang beach. Hundreds of people even came here to check in, skydive, and take "virtual life" photos.

Transporting the plane to this location was one of the most difficult steps. "We had to disassemble it after consulting with Boeing experts. The whole process took two months, using two cranes, a large platform, many experts and police involved," said Mr. Denim.

Demin said he wanted to surprise visitors, so he used a unique design. The interior of the plane was converted into a living room with a bar, bed, and sofa. The old plane windows were kept almost intact, allowing guests to enjoy the view of the surrounding sea and mountains.

The cockpit is converted into a large bathroom, with additional windows for bathing and relaxing. The wing of the plane is covered with wood, turned into a balcony, and has a glass fence so that visitors can experience the feeling of "floating in the air". This luxury villa also has sun loungers, a luxurious outdoor living area, and a fire pit. In addition, the wing of the plane facing the sea is a great place for visitors to take "virtual life" photos when they come here.

After years of renovations to turn an old plane into a luxury resort villa, Felix Demin renamed the Boeing 737 Private Jet Villa and is ready to welcome guests to rent it for about $7,000 a night.
